Tennessee Titans vs. New England Patriots: Current situation
The Tennessee Titans have another disappointing season, and it seems like it is too late to do anything about it. They have lost the last three games and things were particularly bad in the last one as they lost 52-14 to the Detroit Lions. Mason Rudolph, starting for the injured Will Levis, was 22 of 38 for 266 yards.
The New England Patriots are starting a new era without Bill Belichick and they will definitely need a couple of years before starting to look like we are used to see them. They ended a six-game losing streak with a 25-22 win over the New York Jets last week, which barely who expected. Rookie Drake Maye got hurt early in the game and veteran Jacoby Brissett stepped in. He completed 15 of 24 passes for 132 yards while Maye was 3 of 6 for 23 yards and ran for 46 yards and a 17-yard touchdown run.

Betting tip and prediction: Tennessee Titans - New England Patriots (03.11.2024)
This is a tough season for both the New England Patriots and the Tennessee Titans, with the difference that the Pats were actually ready for that. No one really predicted that the Titans could be this bad, and since they are only 1-6 going into Week 9 of the season. It is clear that they are not capable of turning the season around, and many expect them to start focusing on the next year and maybe even sink on purpose to win the top pick of the next NFL Draft. However, Titans coach Brian Callahan is denying such rumors and is willing to start Will Levis if the quarterback is ready for action. Levis missed the last two games with a shoulder injury and saw limited action in practice going into Week 9. He was completing 66.4 percent of his passes, up eight percent from last year, but averaged less than 9 yards per completion. Backup Mason Rudolph is hitting nearly 59 percent of his attempts but averaging just over 10 yards per completion. The Patriots, on the other side, are in a full rebuilding mode in their first season without Bill Belichick by the sideline. The Pats also have many questions regarding the quarterback spot, as rookie Drake Maye suffered a concussion late in the first quarter in the win against the New York Jets last week. Veteran Jacoby Brissett is ready to start if Maye is unable to make it all the way through the league’s protocol. The Patriots listed 13 players as limited at practice during the week, including Maye and safety Kyle Dugger. Three players didn’t practice at all: linebacker Christian Eliss, offensive tackle Vederian Lowe, and defensive tackle Jaquelin Roy. For the Titans, beside Levis, wide receivers Tyler Boyd and Calvin Ridley, running back Tony Pollard, cornerback L’Jarius Sneed, and nose tackle T’Vondre Sweat are all questionable for Sunday. This game can easily go either way, and it seems like the Patriots have better chemistry at the moment. Therefore, we go with the Pats to cover the +3-point spread.
